Imagine walking down the aisle under a canopy of trees, surrounded by nature, your friends and family. The Riverwalk at Lost River Cave is a naturally romantic location to unite with the love of your life. Your guests will be wonder-struck as they make their way to your reception at the historic Cavern Nite Club in one of the largest cave entrances in the United States.
Events of any size become legendary at Lost River Cave. A glimmering crystal chandelier in the center of the Cavern Nite Club creates a touch of elegance for your guests as they enjoy an unforgettable night.
Rental of the Cavern Nite Club includes park access from the Treetop Bridge to the mouth of the Cave. The original bandstand and bar from the 1930’s Nite Club are permanent features and are available for your use. Event setup can begin at 8:00am. the day of your rental. Cavern Nite Club events can start at 6:30pm.

Lost River Cave is a 501c3 non-profit organization that is completely supported by revenue generated from facility rentals, cave tours, gift shop sales and memberships. Funds raised support the purchase, preservation and maintenance of the park; as well as the development of the Nature Discovery Center at Lost River Cave.

A deposit is required to reserve a date. To reserve a date, a $1000 deposit is required. This deposit is in addition to the rental rate. If the rental is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is refundable after the fulfilled rental if all policies and procedures are followed. The rental rates are subject to change.
What is included with the Historic Cavern Nite Club Event Rental
Access to Venue
You will have access to venue beginning at 8am for setup. Your event may begin no earlier than 6:30pm and continue through midnight.
Freedom of Vendor Selection
Select the vendor(s) you prefer for catering, decoration, entertainment, etc. Tables and chairs must be rented from Bowling Green Tent Rental. Check out a list of great vendors
Chandelier, White Drapery and Lights
A big part of your décor is already in place and included with your rental. A glimmering chandelier hangs above the underground reception space. Eight panels of white drapery and lights extend out from the chandelier and fall to the floor from the columns of the Historic Cavern Nite Club pavilion.
Lost River Cave staff will provide transportation for you and your guests from 6:00pm to 12:00am. Our event golf carts (2) seat up to 7 guests each.
Lost River Cave staff will:
- Assist with removing table top décor.
- Collect and bag linens.
- Stack all tables and chairs in designated location.
- Collect all trash from trash cans/tables in the cave rental area.
- Sweep all floors in the cave rental area.
To reserve the Historic Cavern Nite Club
A site visit reservation is needed to tour the venue and can be made Monday-Friday between 10:00am-3:00pm. Plan 1-2 hours for your visit.

River Birch Room
The River Birch Room is the perfect spot for the bride and bridesmaids to be on-site, but unseen! This natural-chic space provides a kitchenette, restrooms and ample floor space for the bridal party’s transformation. It is offered the day of your wedding (pending availability, on a first come, first served basis) from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. for $350 rental fee + $50 refundable deposit when rented in conjunction with the Cave.
