Prancer, Santa, and Mrs. Claus are returning to Lost River Cave on December 9th and 10th!

  • Tickets are free and will be available online only. Tickets must be claimed online.
  • Children 17 & younger need tickets to enter Prancer’s enclosure. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Adults 18 & older accompanying a child do not need tickets. Adults 18 & older without a ticketed child do need tickets.
  • Each registrant can claim up to 4 tickets.
  • This is a free event for families in the community to get outside and make a holiday memory together. Claiming free tickets to this event with the intention of selling, raffling, or distributing for promotional purposes by a third party organization is prohibited without the consent of Lost River Cave.

Does everyone need a ticket?

Tickets are required to attend. Children 17 & younger need tickets to enter Prancer’s enclosure. Kids must be accompanied by an adult. Adults 18 & older accompanying a child do not need tickets. Adults 18 & older without a ticketed child do need tickets.

If you are claiming tickets for children, the number of adults attending with your group will be requested when you reserve your tickets.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are FREE, but limited.
When can I get tickets?

Lost River Cave Members gain early access to tickets starting on 11/3/17 at 10am. Become a member at www.lostrivercave.org/membership or at the Lost River Cave Gift Shop. $40 Friend Level memberships can only be purchased in person, over the phone, or by mail.

Members, be sure to claim your tickets before the general public release on 11/17/17; Lost River Cave is unable to guarantee tickets to members who have not claimed tickets by the general public release.

Tickets will be released to the general public in two batches. The first batch of tickets will be released on Friday, 11/17/17 at 10am. The second batch of tickets will be released on Saturday, 11/18/17 at 10am. Each batch will have a selection of tickets from each day of the Reindeer Encounter.

Tickets will be available online only at www.lostrivercave.org/reindeer.
How many tickets can I get?

Up to 4 tickets can be claimed per order. Tickets were gone in a matter of minutes last year so you may only have time to place one order.
What if I need more than 4 tickets?

Multiple individuals should be prepared to claim up to 4 tickets each when they go live so you will be able to obtain the tickets you need.
Do I need to bring any money to the event?

A $10 donation per family is encouraged to support family activities at Lost River Cave. Donations can be made onsite during the event with cash, check or credit card.

 

Lost River Cave will be selling plush reindeer antlers for $5 each and plush reindeer for $10 each while supplies last.

What if the weather is bad?

This outdoor event will take place rain, snow or shine! “There is no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate clothing.” Dress accordingly.
